Microsoft has created a special edition Xbox Series X to celebrate 25 years of the console. The Xbox 25th-anniversary console takes design cues from the original Xbox console, with both the console and controller featuring a translucent green design. "For the first time, we're bringing a translucent design to Xbox Series X, drawing inspiration from […]
Constantly being plugged into the news grind is mentally exhausting. Sometimes we just need to take a break, unwind, and do something fun. That’s why we’ve built up a collection of distracting time-wasters for when we need a break from being obsessively online. We figured you might enjoy these harmless rabbit holes, mildly addictive browser […]

Sigma’s new entry is both a bold design experiment and a pretty decent camera.

I've been working with storage engines for quite a while and really there was no similar tool to sysbench and or HammerDB for key-value storage engines. Thus I introduce a POC called keybench. I hope you check it out, and do give it a run to drive your favorite engine. Cheers!
I started to look for a job after a long and cozy period and I noticed the skills you have to use at the job are not the ones required to pass technical tests and theoretical interviews. I went to a few of them with the arrogant impression that my experience will compensate, and it did not. So, I started to build a database of questions and tests, then put them in a mock interview questions , a site that anyone can use. As of now I'm focusing on database and system design questions, but many more sections to be added soon. Please let me know what do you think it's important for you and the interviews you are attending. An also please note, the site is still WIP and some of the features are only partially working, but be as harsh as you want. Any feedback is more than welcomed. submitted by /u/websilvercraft [link] [留言]
Since my other site I posted today did so well I figured I'd share this one too. This site actually gave me the idea for Overwatch.earth. Yes, this one will likely become a SaaS in time due to the operating costs but as it stands now it's completely free. I'm planning to submit a paper to either NMI, but this will be my first paper to a nature-like venue. Would love a quick chat with anyone that has experience. My paper's specifically more geared towards signal processing with ML for a specific subfield of engineering. But can be interdisciplinary. submitted by /u/PlateLive8645 [link] [留言]
