Why do calm AI conversations sometimes feel less exhausting than social media?

Lately I’ve noticed that a lot of people seem emotionally drained from constant social media interaction, notifications, and online pressure. But interestingly, many people seem completely comfortable talking to AI for hours especially when the interaction feels calm and non-judgmental.
