Is Voice.ai good for real-time voice changing?

Hey everyone, I'm looking for an AI voice changer that works well in real time. I'm not really interested in simple effects like pitch shifting or autotuneI'd like something that can actually transform my voice into a completely different voice. Is voice.ai good for this? How is the latency and overall voice quality when using it in real time? Also, is the free version good enough or is it basically unusable without paying? Is voicemod better?
