NeurIPS E and D, Average rating 3 and average confidence 4, I can rebuttal and address all their concerns? Do I still have a decent shot or unlikely ?[R]

NeurIPS E and D track review are out today and the average rating I received is a 3 and confidence is a 4. I can correct and address all their concerns.
